Darks shirts, womens shirts, long sleeve, etc cost more. Look at the box when you click shirt selection, it tells you what is any is the additional cost. We allow you to upgrade from a basic to more expensive shirt styles.

We use Gilden, Bellas and once in a while Fruit of the loom. They are 6.1 oz (Heavy weight), not the thin shirts. They are 100% cotton.

I think the question should be, why do they sell them so expensive! We use high quality shirts and designs. We don't have any "mall" overhead and we don't need sales people. Think about it. A basic t shirts in a pack of 3 cost you $10. We buy everything in bulk and pass the savings onto you.

Orders will usually ship in 1-3 business days. It will take between 2-7 days to get there, depending on the USPS and the time of year. During most of the year, you will have your shirts 3-7 business days after you place your order. Click on the SHIPPING INFO BUTTON on the left hand side of the front page for the latest upates.

Click on the customer service button at the top of the page and then on the LEFT hand side is a RETURNS link. Unless you reorder or have a defective shirts(rarely happens but it can) there is a 40% restocking fee about $6 for a $14.99 shirt. Also, please not due to timing holiday and birthday shirts are NOT refundable.

Let us know...we will investigate and if we find an issue, we will take care of you. We will ask for photo to save time. If you received the wrong shirts, you get to keep them and we will send new ones ASAP!

Ok, not a problem, if our credit card processor batched out, it has already cost us money. This may be passed onto you. We try to refund cards ASAP but can take up to 7 days depending on the time of year.

You might be using the CHANGER to try and order. Scroll down halfway...you will see a SIZE pull down bar and below that is where you CLICK to buy a shirt.

Each shirt is custom made. Too many cards were coming back declined...after the shirt is made. So we had a bunch of unused shirts. If your card is declined...we don't make the shirt. If it is approved you get the shirt...it is that simple.
