T-SHIRT EXCHANGE POLICY


We will happily do exchanges and returns on UNWASHED, UNWORN t-shirts within 30 days. Simply place the order you want for the new shirts and we will credit the old ones upon receipt. The exchange form is under FAQs.

Defective merchandise has a 15 day policy from the date of your receipt. If you get a defective shirt, and we are sorry for that in advance, we will take care of you. Do not fill out an exchange form, contact us via the contact us button.

If you wish to return an item and do not want to receive an exchange, there is a $6.00 per shirt restocking fee and shipping is not refundable. If you take advantage of the buy 3 get 3 free deal and return shirts, the FREE ones come off first. No refunds are given on free shirts. Holiday, seasonal or event shirts are not refundable. Only a size/style change is available.

We do NOT charge a restocking fee for exchanges. You are responsible for all shipping costs.

If you receive a shirt as a GIFT and want to exchange it, simple print out the form under FAQs and include your credit card info so we can make the necessary charges for shipping/upgrades or additional shirts.


HALLOWEEN COSTUME EXCHANGE POLICY


We do NOT accept returns on Halloween costumes Only a SIZE change is accepted. This is to keep our prices low. You are responsible for all shipping costs on exchanges. Please make sure there is enough time to get a new one. We are not responsible for late delieveries. We offer express shipping, use it if you waited to the last minute. If the costume is defective let us know within 2 days of receipt on your end.
