Make sure you are picking an OPTION not the Category title. MENS STYLES, WOMENS STYLES, etc are NOT choices, that the is the title of the group. Pick Reg Men's, Women's Long Sleeves, etc...
Can I change my order?
All orders are custom made to the specifications chosen by the customer prior to checkout. We have size charts and product previews available to assist you in your choices. Since most orders begin the production process on the same day that they are received, you must email us IMMEDIATELY if you would like us to make any changes to your order. Once an order goes into production, normally within 3 or 4 hours of receipt, we are unable to make any changes. If changes are requested once the order has begun processing, you will be notified via email your options for exchanges.
When will I receive my order?
Regular orders ship out in 2-3 biz days (excluding holidays), will be there in about 2-5 days after that in the USA and we'll e-mail you a tracking number when it ships (check your spam folder if you don't get it). If you need your order fast, use UPS. UPS is shipped out the next business day. For international orders, it can take 1-4 weeks to get there. It has been shipped...and will get there soon...
UPS is shipped the next BUSINESS DAY. . UPS TIME FRAMES are at the bottom of the FAQs page. (don't count the day you placed the order). It will take between 2-3 days to get there, depending on USPS and the time of year. During most of the year, you will have your shirts 3-5 business days after you place your order and we'll e-mail you a tracking number when it ships. If you need it immediately, use UPS. For international orders, We offer expedite shipping and it can be there in about 10 days...reg international shipping can take 2-4 weeks to get there. Please be patient.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping for 6 shirts is $12.49. Other Shipping charges are $5.99 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item till 3 items. We also offer international shipping for a standardized additional cost based on USPS current rates. Some counties charge fee and tariffs. These are cost NOT controlled by us. See the next FAQ
My total doesn't seem correct?
Click the Home Page banner for details on the promotion. Shirt upgrades are not deducted from Buy 3 get 6 Free deal, only the basic tee shirt is deducted, you can upgrade but that isn't discounted. .
Can I put the design on the back?
Yes, you can put the design on the front OR back. It is a choice when you make your size, style, color selections. You can NOT put a design on the front AND back. Sorry.
What is the difference between WOMEN'S CASUAL and WOMEN'S BABYDOLL?
Women's casual tees are a looser fit. Women's babydoll are more of a form fitting tee.
What is a REG tee? What is the difference between REG tees and American Apparel.
Regular tees are just like most tees out there, the ones that have been around for 30 years. They are NOT cheap tees. They are made by Gildan. Heavy Duty tees. American Apparel is a SUPER SOFT cotton that is more of a slimmer fit. I normally wear 1 size larger when i wear American Apparel. Check the size chart for your size. These are pre shrunk shirts. Can I sell my designs on your website?
No, sorry, we don't offer that.
Can I change the ink color of a design?
No, sorry, we don't offer that.
Can I change words or a graphic on a design?
No, sorry, we don't offer that.
I want to send as a gift, can I?
Our receipts, don't include prices. You don't need to do anything special. Marking as a gift for overseas purchase doesn't avoid taxes.
ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Depending on your delivery location, country, and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with Roadkill T Shirts, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package. Why do you charge sales tax in Florida and North Carolina?
We have offices in BOTH states so therefore, we MUST charge tax in Florida and NC by law.
I am having trouble placing an order with an IPHONE!
SOMETIMES....only sometimes, the IPHONE won't work with our software. You can email us and we can take your order over the phone. Give use the best time to contact you. It isn't us, IPHONE hates us.

Yes, we have been on the web since 2004. Check out our FACEBOOK page and you will see all our fans and you can see the comments they make about our shirts. Post a message on there and ask, they will answer...we have loyal fans that love our deals, designs selection and customer service..
What are your shirts made of?
We use 100% cotton, heavy duty t-shirts (Ash is 99% cotton/1% polyester, Sport Grey is 90% cotton/10% polyester). The designs are professionally silk screened. Shirts are PRE-SHRUNK and will not shrink much, if at all. They are TRUE to size. The vast majority of the reg shirts are Gildan, but at times we may also use a comparable item from Fruit of The Loom, Hanes, Anvil, Bella or Jerzees if stock from the vendor run low.
Can you send me a catalog to order from?
Because we offer over 1000 designs and are constantly adding new designs, a catalog would be obsolete with in the first month. For this reason our assortment can only be viewed on-line. Click here to see our current full assortment of designs.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We offer both a refund or exchange option (same design only) with in 30 days from receipt. There is a $6 per shirt restocking fee. That includes all paid and FREE shirts. Each shirt is custom made, this allows us to keep prices LOW. We offer hassle free exchanges. All shirts must be UNWASHED and UNWORN. What is your policy for return/exchanges for Halloween Costumes?
We only accept size exchanges for the same costume up to two weeks prior to Halloween after that all sales are final. Absolutely NO REFUNDS. I am sure you understand why. We discount our costumes and must maintain this policy to keep cost LOW. All exchange info is here: Return Policy
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, Scroll down for SHIPPING SCHEDULE! All times are based ups EST. We are in Charlotte. We offer UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day air for your convenience for an additional cost. The shirts ship the NEXT BIZ day, not the same day, as each shirt is custom made. UPS is delivered M-F and there are no deliveries Sat or Sun or HOLIDAYS. and any packages delayed due to the weather (snow, ice, etc.) will be sent the next business day. UPS does not county holidays as a day so plan accordingly. Please choose the appropriate method upon checkout.

Can I cancel and order once it has been placed and paid for?
Sorry, the system is automated and all orders go into processing immediately. With thousands of orders, it would be impossible to track it down during production. You are welcome to use our return/exchange program once you have received your order.

- USPS ships in about 1-3 business days. It takes 2-5 days to get there. Outside the US it takes a 1-2 weeks, plus. Please don't count Sat or Sundays.
- UPS 1 and 2 day ships the NEXT business day and then it will be delivered 1 or 2 days from SHIPMENT date. IF YOU CHOOSE UPS GROUND, refer to our shipping chart under FAQS. That will give you approx days to get your package. We don't guarantee UPS ground shipping dates. All times based on EST time.
For UPS 1 and 2 day express shipping only! Do NOT count Saturday or Sunday as a delivery day. Based upon Eastern Standard Time.
- If you order Monday, it will be shipped on Tuesday and arrive on Wednesday for 1 day UPS and Thursday for 2 day UPS.
